Online Counselling
Many people prefer online counselling because they can access it more easily and discreetly without travelling. Maybe you are are living in an area where no specialist therapists are available, or you are an ex-pat based outside the UK.
If you have access to a computer, tablet or smartphone, a reliable internet connection and privacy, then online counselling will allow you to schedule a counselling session that fits in with your day, either when you are on the move or in the comfort of your own home.
Zoom offers a fully encrypted, safe and secure platform for counselling sessions. It allows you to log on wherever you are, as long as you have privacy. You can be confident that what you say will remain private. I can talk you through Zoom if you haven’t already used it, and all you need to do is download the link I send you.
So, if a face-to-face appointment is a hassle for you, if you are time short with a busy work schedule, online therapy may be a more convenient option.
Modern technology is incredibly sophisticated (should a rare glitch occur, we will always have a contingency plan). Online counselling is almost the same as a face-to-face session, and it doesn’t take long to get used to, and in no time, you will feel comfortable.

Individual clients £110 per session
Couple clients £130 per session
You will receive an appointment confirmation, including a secure payment link, at the time of booking. I request payment at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
